Hello @coloyoung
Could you try to use a template action hook to show the product description and let me know if it works?
If you never worked with filters/actions please read this documentation.
Well, it kinda worked… It added the actual description and I need the product itself. Right now (without the hook) it reads under PRODUCT “color copies” and gives the only the price price on a single line. I need to be able to see what options the customer selected. If you go to my site https://thecolorcopystore.com/product/color-copies/ you can see what I mean. I need all the options the customer selects in order to know what to print for them. I can take a picture of an old pdf invoice if that helps. not sure how to upload it.

I see that you use the plugin Print Science Designer for this particular product. Do you have this issue with regular products too?
Do you see the selected options in the order details page in WooCommerce (under each product name), and if so, can you take a screenshot of this?
I only use print science for all 12 of my products. I have not had issues for the last few years until the last WP update. I do still see all of the details in the woocommerce page. Same as previously. Yes I can, but how do I attach a screen shot?

You can upload screenshots to a site like https://imgbb.com/
I sent new links cause the one I uploaded yesterday were only for 24 hours.

Hi @coloyoung,
Thank you for sending that. Can you open the invoice for order #2589 in a browser window? You can do that via WooCommerce > PDF Invoices > General >
How do you want to view the PDF?. Then request the PDF for that order.
When the invoice is opened in your browser add &output=html&debug=true to the end of the URL in the URL bar and load the invoice again.
Do you get any notices that would explain why the details are missing? If so can you send those over?

It just went to this:
Hmmm…can’t reach this page
Try this
Make sure you’ve got the right web address: file:///C:/Users/Springs%20Copy/Downloads/invoice-2591.pdf&output=html&debug=true
Search for “file:///C:/Users/Springs%20Copy/Downloads/invoice-2591.pdf&output=html&debug=true” on Bing

apologies for the confusion, this should be added to the URL that generates the PDF. This only works if you have set the plugin to “Open in a new tab” in the General settings, otherwise it downloads a PDF file and there’s noting your browser can do with that in terms of debugging.
Can you try with the URL that opens in a new tab?
Got it!… It looks the same (just in a different view) and shows no errors.
Any new thoughts on how to fix this?
Thanks,
Rick 🙂
Would purchasing the paid version fix it?
Hello @coloyoung
We need to investigate deeper to see the cause first. Could you send us an email please? We will try our best to help you.
I will close this issue for now.
