    It seems both Qalyubia and Dakahlia are governorates, not cities?

    I’m just trying to figure out a best way to organize the list of postal locations for Egypt. It looks like adding states along with the cities doesn’t work well. For example, if a customer lives in Qalyub city what should they choose from the locations list: “Qalyub” or “Qalyubia”? The choice seems confusing. Wouldn’t it better to add missing cities, if there are?

    If you have a strong understanding of how postal addressing works in Egypt it would be great to hear your thoughts on that.
