what I mean I need to make something like ThemeForest or any website allow you to make a live preview for a template that what I need, which plugins that help me with this work?

There’s no free plugin available, that I know of. I suggest to:

1. Code the plugin yourself
2. Get someone else to code the plugin for you
3. Look for commercial plugins that provide that feature
