    Hello.
My name’s Josh, and I’m web developer, who develops mostly with elementor, and a little bit html & css. I have a high-end client, who wants to get custom WooCommerce store. He wants his store to be a theme itself. That’s require a lot of PHP coding, and at least 3000$. Client’s budget is way below that, so I want to create his store in Elementor. It’ll have same funcionality as in PHP, but Elementor can scare him, and make me look unprofessional. This is why I need to hide elementor temproraily in source code. That means that I want to hide ,,edit in elementor” on pages, and from everything in panel. Please let me know what I can do.
    Regards

You should ask in the plugin’s support forum.

It can probably be hidden with admin CSS in the UI. I can’t imagine how it would be hidden in source code. If the edit with Elementor link were hidden and someone tried to edit the page, wouldn’t that corrupt your work?

I think many would argue that it’s unprofessional, and maybe even unethical, to hide what you are doing from your client. I do not believe you to be unethical. What would be professional would be to convince them that it’s not scary, that it’s faster and more efficient (e.g. cheaper, who doesn’t like that?), less error prone, and just as functional to let you use the tools you are comfortable with. Would they dictate what hammer a carpenter should use? 🙂

We are not here to judge, only to try and help others. I’m only making an observation. I’m sure there’s more to this situation than what you’ve presented here. If you do not see this as helpful, please disregard. You’re free to do what you think you need to do.
