No results at all?

    Hi there,

    this plug-in looks like what I was really looking for, I love the design, but it doesn’t seem to work 🙁

    • Installed plugin and activated it
    • Created a filter with Category, Tags and Submit button
    • Set it to show results in a new page (which is empty), and to show the filter form there as well
    • Placed the shortcode on one of my Shop categories

    The filter form is correctly displayed, the current Category is already selected, then I choose some Tags which I’m sure they’re present in such Category, hit the submit button and I get redirected to the new result page, which is empty: No products displayed, No filter form displayed, No search counts, No product pagination, … the URL contains all the parameters I have selected.

    I have tested it also with default WordPress themes, no luck.

    Any ideas?

    Hi,

    Try to disable all other plugins except WooCommerce and Themify Product Filter. If the issue persists, please provide the URL where we can see it.

    Thanks for the prompt reply.

    I tried disabling all the plugins, but still no luck. I’m currently working on a staging environment, so I can’t provide a link at this time. I will make a new test when the website will be online, or will find an alternative, even if I loved the design of this plugin.
