Endless Loop

    Hi, i am trying to import Astra “Plumber” demo site. i tried many time but always stuck in the importing process. it starts creating the same About us page with an endless loop.
    Is there any way to fix it?

    Your assistance will be highly appreciated.

    That’s strange.

    I tried importing the website on our end and we aren’t facing a similar issue.

    Would mind opening a ticket with us as we might look at your end, what could go wrong.

    I’ve experienced the same looping behavior and tried 3 different starter templates such as Nutritionist. I’ve tried an existing site that had a theme and I’ve tried a totally fresh WordPress base install. Same issue

    It seems like a Server configuration issue.

    As we haven’t had similar requests. It could be possible that you have a similar configuration which is causing this issue.

    We cannot confirm the same unless we take a look at your website.
