some missing information the selected product

    When products selected , the RIGHT and LEFT selected products do not show at customer order notification (email), including the customers notification. This info is also missing at the admin woocommerce orders section too.

    So in my website for contact lenses you can select RIGHT eye or LEFT eye or even BOTH EYES. The issue i have is simply, email notifications do not display the ‘RIGHT’ and ‘LEFT’ wording. This makes it difficult to identify which product is for which Eye.

    (above link is just an example page to show a product)..select options and note values for each eye then add to basket. Then view basket.

    You will then see your selections clearly displayed ‘RIGHT’ and ‘LEFT’…everything is ok so far. Now check the box for terms and conditions and proceed. Fill out your details and select direct bank transfer to save you actually paying….all details are fine so far. check box again for terms and conditions and place order.

    Now your order confirmation will appear. Most of the details are fine but what you find missing here is the word ‘RIGHT’ which should be between ‘Quantity of Boxes’ and ‘Base Curve’. In addition both ‘RIGHT’ and ‘LEFT’ will be missing at the admin woocommerce orders section which makes it difficult for me to identify which eye is which. Also all confirmation emails for myself and the customer has those words missing.

    Any way to resolve this?

    I took a look at: https://coolcontacts.co.uk/product/avaira-vitality/ – the setup you have for your products is custom made. WooCommerce has no built in feature for this.

    I think your best option is to contact whoever build this for you and request they add support for the admin and mails.

    for your info thats not the page i’m referring to. That page was to take you through the buying process. Its the latter part of the sale confirmation i have an issues with. is it possible to send a picture here?

    Excellent thanks for that. I followed the instructions you gave much appreciated.
    so heres link 1.
    Here the RIGHT and LEFT shows as circled in Red. So here it is ok.

    Now here is link 2. After the order for the product has been placed, the customer would get this notification on their screen whilst on the website. As you can see only LEFT eye shows but the word ‘RIGHT’ is missing.
