Selected fields problem

Hi, great plugin !
I have a serious problem.
I have a 2 fields, REGIONE and PROVINCIA (as state and city), so I select the state and a certain list of cities appears, I select the city and I get a file for that city and a message appear (img A).
But if, before sending the form, I change the state and the city, the previous selection does not disappear and therefore I get 2 files and in fact I have 2 messages!! (img B)imgA

looks like you may want to use clear_on_hide on all your groups
