Content not loading

I’ll try and explain as best I can the problem I’ve got. This may have been dealt with elsewhere but, if it has, I’m not using the right search terms to find the solution.

My front page is set up as ‘infinite scroll’, in that, if you continue to scroll down you will see all posts (so far, circa 1300).

I first noticed this with YouTube videos but since have seen it occurring with things such as Photo Slider and Flip Box.

I’ll stick with YouTube as the example.

If I use the standard WP embedder everything is fine. But, once the post ends up further down the page (usually page 2) it goes haywire or won’t play. In order to view you have to use ‘Continue Reading’ and go to the individual article.

To combat this, I have had to use All in One Video Gallery to include the video.

As this is happening with other content (such a Flip Box) it’s as if something is loaded that allows the content to play when the initial page is loaded.
Whatever is being loaded fails to load if you scroll down to the content.

For example, I have a photo slider post. Once it ends up further down the page because of newer content, the slider will fail and I have to edit the post so the slider now can only be seen via ‘Continue reading’.
