not translating please help

    I am trying to just make the woocommerce text Japanse.
    The rest of the site I can manage the language
    I installed the plugin and use the Japanese

    But the translation progress is 0%

    Japanese Updated: April 12, 2020 2:07 pm – 0% translated, 6,768 strings (6,768 untranslated)

    Sorry, I am a newbie, i did tried to follow the steps but I must have missed something, please help.

    Loco Translate does not automatically translate your file.

    How to release a code from one language and leave it in another languages?
    i used the Polylang plug-in and Loco translate Plug-in !!
    i have a blog in my site and i translated all posts inside but it still had some words not translated like the short description for each article!
    and so the ReadMore button!?
    i added Read More in theme loco translate but it not changing in blog page
    i think it’s possible to release this one above from arabic language and lrave it in english if it’s applicable!
    So any help would be appreciated !!
