    Hello there,
    What plugin are you using to export the data?

    This is a question better asked to the developers of that plugin since it is related entirely to the features provided by it.

    Sorry, I forgot to mention the plugin’s name.
    I’m using WooCommerce Customer / Order XML Export Suite.
    That’s why I asked here.

    The Customer / Order XML Export Suite extension is supported by its developer directly. You can create a ticket that will go directly to them and they’ll be able to help you further. Please navigate to  https://woocommerce.com/my-account/create-a-ticket/?form=ticket and select the Customer / Order XML Export Suite. extension in the **I need help with** dropdown: https://cld.wthms.co/6NYfit

    If you don’t see all your purchased extensions in the list (it is limited to 16 extensions at the moment), please use the Search box to locate it.
