So when I activate the plugin it basically shows me only what the screen has at the moment so when I scroll down it doesn’t work, mot just for that plug in but for the whole elementor, after trying it and the website as well it doesn’t the same thing.

Well its only when i enable this plugin
Try it out i just enabled it and the whole website has the same reaction to it even if i dont use any of the elements

Just checking this and looks like it only happens when you are logged in as an admin
So its impossible to edit anything with it since you can’t see the elements
How can i give you admin access?
