Subdomain with WooCommerce

Hi, I am new in WordPress and I am looking for the proper help to my issue.

I am creating a website which must have company information and at the same time it must have an e-commerce store. Its main site must be on http://www.domain.com, but the store must be on store.domain.com. I have already had my subdomain create, and I installed already woocommerce in my site. However, the installation is in root and not in the subdomain. How do I config my website to show my ecommerce store only in my subdomain? Is there any documentation you could share with me?
