Image sizes in posts

Hi,

Is there any way to size images displayed in blog posts in ems instead of pixels? Either by altering the file that displays the image or when saving the post in the database.

Which file/files to change?

I don’t want to have to manually alter the html in each post.

I’m actually using version 2.8.5 but there isn’t an option for that.

Any help appreciated.
