Hello, is the user updating this password and that get the problem, an user that have an email, that belong to someone else (another username) in phpBB?
Yes user is trying to update password and getting problem. User is trying to update their own password, and yes they would have that account on phpBB too since we use the plugin to duplicate any WordPress user to phpBB

Ok no, the question is:
the username that try to update his password in wordpress, have an email associated.
Is there in phpBB, another username that use same email address of this username in wp?
Or
Is there in phpBB, a duplicated username (not one, but two, because phpBB allow this, and you should had have disabled into ACP, when integration start, email re-use for different users, and/or duplicated usernames)
No there is no issue like this. I have checked it.

Can you detect which id have this user having problems on update?
Id 2 or ID 1 in wordpress? (or some other ID)

P.s … since just over to check something and preparing next plugin version, come to me in mind, that may you have fall into this with this user?

Actually there is no problem with user id 1 and 2. I am facing the problem that. When as a administrator I am trying to change other user’s password its giving me error that I have mentioned in before message. With all users without the logged in user.

i suppose that if you create a new user, then make him admin in wp, and doing same things, so updating others users emails, logged as this new admin, it do not happen?

yes it do not happen. In my case i have so many users as subscriber, manager etc. And as a administrator I was trying to update one of user’s password but it gives me error. But when i was trying to update my own password it was ok. but not other users

No i didn’t try with another admin or asmisnitrator account

Sorry for so many questions!
I have tried witd other account and its working fine now. Dont’ know how but its working now. Will let you know if we face any more problem with the plugin. Thanks for your help.
