Work the first time – after some modify doesn’t anymore

    Hello!
    I use the premium version of the plugin and as much as I have tried to contact support these days (through the form of the site that does not seem to work and normal mail) the plugin initially worked without problems, until while building my site (modifying some things CSS and with Elementor setting the homepage), the popup stops appearing.

    What can it be due to? As a theme I’m using the basic one of WP (Twenty).
