Error message while trying to upload photo’s

    My website is set up on to run on phpsafemode and I keep getting this error message when I try to upload photo’s to any of the pages.

    The uploaded file could not be moved to D:\www\Shoj.org\Public\shyouth/wp-content/uploads/2009/07.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    The permissions are set to 777.

    Could be a hosting issue. Try contacting your hosting provider.

    Yeah, I already contacted the provider. They said they couldn’t figure it out with how little the error message said.

    Does the folder exist?
    Is it accessible under the open_basedir setting.
    Does the size of the file you’re trying to upload exceed the upload_max_filesize directive in php.ini? (Hint: try uploading a small file to test)
