Hi,
thanks for your post, and sorry for the trouble.
For this, you could use a JavaScript-based solution. Please see https://wordpress.org/support/topic/make-row-clickable/ for an example.

Tobias
Tried that. Didn’t work. What could I be doing wrong?
Hi,
what exactly did you try, and where? 🙂 Can you please post a link to the page with the table where this problem happens, so that I can take a direct look? Thanks!

Tobias
Hi,
thanks for the link! Where exactly did you add the JavaScript code that is mentioned in the forums thread from my link? I can’t find it on your page?

Tobias
Try it now. I inserted the code after the shortcode on the leasing page
This is another topic, but has to do with the table. When I pull up the page on my mobile device the table doesn’t show.
Hi,
it seems like the code has been added via some sort of “Visual” editor, which insert it as text and not as code. Can you maybe check if your theme offers a “Code” or “Text” editor where you can then enter the code?
Or are you using the WordPress Block Editor? If so, please add the code into a “Custom HTML” block.
As for the table not being visible with mobile devices: That’s a indeed strange. It looks like your theme is somehow not parsing Shortcodes when it detects that the user is visiting the site from a mobile device. I don’t really know why a theme would do that, but can only suggest that you contact the theme support team about this.

Tobias
Awesome! I got the table working the way I needed it to. Thank you so much!
As for the table being mobile friendly- I’ll reach out to the theme support team.
Thanks again!
Hi,
no problem, you are very welcome! 🙂 Good to hear that this helped!
Best wishes,
Tobias
P.S.: In case you haven’t, please rate TablePress here in the plugin directory. Thanks!
