Not indexing immediately

Hello people,

As soon as I publish a post, I realize that indexing on Google takes several minutes. For example, in a post I published, after 20 minutes I checked Google searches and the post had not yet been indexed. So, I did the indexing request process manually through Google Search Console, and after that the post appeared in Google search results immediately.

I would like to know why the plugin is taking too long to request indexing?

Indexing must be done immediately because in the case of news posts, the flow of publications is very fast, that is, as soon as a news is published, it must be indexed immediately because if it takes too long, other news sites will always have posts of the news appearing earlier than mine on Google.
