This came with pre-set wordpress setups. It creates a contact form automatically. It collects data. Then it requires money to view the received information.

There is no information on their plug-in setup windows that state you will not receive user data without purchasing. The user data is from our customers of which we are not allowed to see and is stored without our consent on the server of this plug-in developer.

It is our user data this company is being held hostage without any pre-set written agreement. We do not support this unethical process of doing business and will make an official complaint with our government agency for the release of the data we own.

    Hi @kikamin,

    I apologize for the confusion!

You can certainly set up form notifications to send out form submission details.

WPForms Lite does not have the feature to store form submissions. Here’s a screenshot of the text in the notice from the Lite Entries page.

With any of the WPForms licenses, new entries that are submitted in the paid version of the plugin can be managed from within your WordPress admin area.

    Hope this helps!

And if you’d like more help with using WPForms Lite, please feel free to post in our support forum for Lite users.

    Thanks!
