Media folders

Hi! I would like to organize website media files in folders. These folders should be real, not virtual. Also folder access should be restricted for users or user roles. So, every folder can be changed only by some specific users or roles.

I found some plugins like File manager or WP file manager plugin which allows to perform mentioned things. At the same time if I open edit page and add media, I can not see folders: I can see only the list of files.

So, ideally i would like the following:
1. press “add new” in media library, load file and put it immediately in the desired
folder on server. (The same if I edit page and add media, I would like to see folders.)
2. Permission for the access to folders should be controled.

Can you help me to fix it? Any plugins?
