Hi @lauraricher,
I have tried to replicate your issue on our staging site, but I am unable to replicate it. To me, the page does not show Invalid Order when I click on the individual order. Here is the screenshot for your reference: https://prnt.sc/rtzqrc
So, to troubleshoot the issue, can you please share the screenshots of the plugin settings which you have kept and also it would be great if you can share the steps to replicate the issue.
This information will be helpful to assist you in a better way.

Hi, Sorry for the slow reply… I cant work out how to add screenshots on here but Ive listed below the plugin settings:
Order numbers counter – Pseudorandom crc32 Hash (Max 10 digits)
Sequential: Next order number – 1
Sequential: Reset counter – Disabled
Order number custom prefix – V
Enable order tracking by custom number – Not enabled
Enable order admin search by custom number – Not enabled
The rest of the settings need Pro to be activated.
To recreate the issue, you go to the order history section on your account, you can see the orders listed on the page but when you click “View” It takes you to the order but just says “Invalid order”
When I deactivate the plugin (which reverts everything to the original order numbers) the page works find and I can view the order.
Thanks,
Laura
Hi @lauraricher,
No problem.
I have again tried by keeping the same settings that you have shared with us but still I am unable to replicate it. To, me when I go the Orders page of My account and click on View button, it is not showing Invalid Order.
So, to troubleshoot the issue, can you please try deactivating all the other plugins except for the WooCommerce and the Custom Order Numbers plugin and then check whether it solves the issue or not.
Please let us know how it goes.
