Need Recommendation: File Upload

My eyes are bleary from constantly re-reading through the whole plugins listing so I thought I’d ask here.

My brother is currently deployed to Qatar and I need to find a way that we can share large files (predominately video files) with him. Multiple people will be sharing the files and they are not FTP saavy so I need an easier way for them to upload files.

I’d like something where a user logs in, goes to a page and is presented with a list of files available to download. It would also have button that would allow them to upload a file from their local PC to the site and have the list of files automatically updated after each upload.

I’ve found ways to do it independently of WP, but I’d like to keep everything under a single “umbrella”.

Any recommendations?
