• Hi,

I am getting the following error “There has been a critical error on your website” when I am trying to login via Ultimate Member form.

This problem started when I updated WordPress to 5.4 and Ultimate Member to 2.1.5 version (released on 2 April 2020). I am using PHP version 7.4.4. I think there is some compatibility issue of UM plugin with PHP 7.4.

Please let me know how could I resolve this.

    Thanks in advance.

    Hi @umaima

Could you make the conflict test on your website? So please leave active Ultimate Member and WP native Twenty Twenty theme. Is the issue still arising?

    Let me know,
    Best Regards

    Hi,

happening to me as well. cannot upgrade to PHP version 7.4 due to this error:

CRITICAL Uncaught Error: Call to undefined function um\core\token_get_all()

    should be found under wp-content/plugins/ultimate-member/includes/core/class-shortcodes.php:958

Can you please help since the weird thing is everything is fine when we upgrade to 7.4 on our staging server. But on our live site when we run the upgrade we’re running into this issue.
