• Hello,
    I’ve downloaded your responsive template via email, I filled in all the details and the only custom CSS I have is:

    #addresses {
        display: none;
    }

    The layout on mobile is not as it should look like, it does feel like if I were making an HTML file but did not set the meta viewport.

    The email should look similar to this, it’s a different template: https://ibb.co/XXbTRFZ

    That’s how it looks now:
    https://ibb.co/pPy3ZqD
    https://ibb.co/wKq0gw7

    I’ve tried everything I can think of but nothing works.

    Do you have any ideas how to fix?

    Thanks!

    Hey,
    Sounds like you want a fixed width, so that your email is zoomed out on mobile instead of a responsive design so that your text size remains the same on each screen.

    You can see an overview here: https://www.kadencewp.com/blog/responsive-woocommerce-emails/

    You can turn off the responsive mode in the email settings.

    Hello Ben!
    Yeah! I would like all emails to look like “Woo Standard – iPhone”. I can’t find the settings you are referring to.

    In addition, I think there’s a bug with the Importer/Exporter. I export on my dev site which is a copy of my live site, when I try to Import to live I get an error saying that the file I try to import is not a valid file.

    Thanks!

    In your customizer settings are you able to see “container” and within that the “ENABLE FLUID WIDTH” option. Just turn that off.

    I don’t get the same issue when using the importer and exporter. can you email me a copy of what you are getting when you export so I test.
