Failed to initialize plugin: wordpress Error

    Hello, I’m requesting your support with this issue : I’ve got an error message in Beaver Builder when I’m using Text Editor module. (“Failed to initialize plugin: wordpress” in red box). It happens since the last Popup Builder update.

    I’ve got a second request. Is-it possible to desactivate popups in Beaver edition mode only ? Because if we click to edit an element in Beaver Builder, at the same time it’s activating the popup. For example : I have buttons with Popup Builder classes, when I click to edit them, the popup is opening too and hide everything.

    Thank you for contacting us.
    Please go to Beaver Builder to find a custom post of popup builder and uncheck it from there. We will check this on our side too.

    Let us know once you have the same issue.

    I’m not sure to understand.

    When Popup Builder extansion is desactivated, this issue stops. So I guess Popup Builder doesn’t load properly in Beaver Builder text editor, and provides the red error message.

    Thank you for contacting us.
    Please follow these steps so that you won’t have the problem anymore:
    1. Uncheck this option: https://prnt.sc/q9s73n
    2. Delete the free plugin from WP account
    3. Download the new plugin from here: https://we.tl/t-2y2qqSag60
    4. And upload it to your WP account

    Also, please try to save this path and after we have another update replace the new one with this one:
    your_wordpress_folder/wp-content/plugins/popup-builder/com/classes/ScriptsLoader.php

    Hi, Thank you for your response !

    So I did what you said. I removed and replaced the plugin, saved ScriptsLoader.php for next updates.

    And the popups don’t appear anymore in edition mode in Beaver Builder. This problem seems to be resolved. But there are always the error message “Failed to initialize plugin: wordpress” when I use text editor in Beaver in edition mode. So is it possible to desactivate the Popup Builder functionality in the Beaver text editor module ? Or maybe a new update will solve this.

    Thank you for the reply.
    We are happy that this is working now.

    As for the error, we are sorry, but we cannot be sure that the issue is coming from our plugin.
    Can you please let me know what issues are being detected when the error is showing?
