Can’t access file

    Hello,
    I am using your awesome plugin with Woocommerce and I have a problem accessing the file I want to present the user.

    Basically the flow is that a customer purchases a Product on my website which is virtual and downloadable, I add the PDF file of the flipbook to the product.
    Once the customer purchased the product they can go to their account area and view the flipbook inside that page and only there.

    Recently i’m getting an error saying “Cannot access file!” – this happens because the files is protected by htaccess. Of course, we want only people that purchased the rights to watch this file to watch it, but at the same time I need the website to be able to show that file to the customer.

    How can I overcome this problem?

    Hi,
    Replied through Premium support mail.

    For records, htaccess blocked files cannot be accessed by our plugin. We expect the access should be provided once the customer has valid access. Else it should be blocked.
