Hi @noslenwerd,
Thank you for contacting us,
We have forwarded the details to the QA team so they can replicate the issue.
Im also encountering the same issue.
Hi @piratesjv81,
Can you please share the steps to reproduce this issue also it would be much better if you can share a screencast video so we can look into it.
Certainly, here is a quick video showing the process. Thanks for the quick response!

FYI I also deactivated all other plugins and the problem persisted. Thanks for looking into this for us!
Hi @piratesjv81,
Please have a look at the screenshot shared below.

I have the same problem, where an error popped up whenever I tried to edit snippet titles. Then the page reloaded and I lost all of my snippets!! How can I get them back? I can’t even see where they live in the database.
Hi @conceptis,
Can you please share some screenshots regarding your issue.
I’ve disabled the latest version of the plugin and reverted back to an old version, as I’ve restored my site from back up and don’t want it all to be wiped again. So, at risk of losing all of my snippets again, I don’t want to re-activate the latest plugin until the bugs are fixed.
The bug is simply that you can’t re-order snippets or save their titles. They just revert back to all being titled “untitled” and lose their order, all going down to the bottom of the list.
Repeatedly trying to save them crashes the plugin and wipes all snippet content.
Hi @noslenwerd @conceptis,
Regarding the title not saving, In both pro and free versions
The current functionality is such that, the snippet title will save only when you click on the checkmark on its right-hand side, it is nothing to do with the save button.

The fact that you are able to re-order snippets, we suppose you are using the pro version.
you can get details on how to get premium support from our website.
We are working on making the plugin more user friendly besides that, we are working on the issue regarding the re-ordering of snippets and we will release an update soon.

Thanks for responding again. Yes, clicking the tick after editing titles was what I was doing. Doing that is what made the plugin crash and wipe all my snippets.
Hi @conceptis,
As we have shared the video in our previous reply also you can see that the title is saving without any Error / Warning nor the plugin crashes. We would love to help you but we are unable to replicate the issue it would be great if you can share a screencast video also it will help us to boost the process for you.
Thanks!
