    We, someone, enter email and click the submit button whole website reload.
    How can we submit an email on the background?

    @bibash – Sorry for the delay. In hopes this is useful for anyone else who stumbles here, this means your form either does not support AJAX or that the AJAX submission is disabled for whatever reason.

    Only forms that support AJAX submission can do what you are after.
