Remove category from url slug

    Hi,

    I would like to remove the word “category” from the url of all events.

    Calendar URL: mydomain.com/activities/
    Event DEFAULT Category football URL: mydomain.com/activities/category/football
    What I want:
    Event Category football URL: mydomain.com/activities/football

    How can I get this? I’m using a Child theme so there wouldn’t be a problem to change functions.php file.

    Hi @baztanet!

    Is completely possible remove /category/ from URL but this is out of our Support scope.

    But you can find some plugin in WordPress repository capable to do it 🙂
