Can I customize the result option?

yes!

From your dashboard, select HD Quiz, then select the quiz you wish to edit. Select the “Quiz settings” tab and update whatever you need such as the needed pass percentage and the pass or fail text.

I’m not really sure what you mean, can you further explain?

When a quiz is completed, you get a score such as 7/10. If you know that you got 7/10, then you know that you got 3 wrong.
