“Forbidden” message keeps appearing

    I uploaded WordPress and changed permissions for install.php using Fetch but I still see the message:
    Forbidden
    You don’t have permission to access /wp-admin/install.php on this server.
    Please help!! Thank you.

    Why did you change permissions on install.php? It should have worked straight out of the box. I believe those files should be set at 755.

    I changed them because it didn’t work at 755. Perhaps there’s something wrong with the server, which I don’t know about.
