Currency reflection

I am setting up a new business and working on building a website with WP for the first time. This forum is helping me a lot. Thanks.

Basically, what I need is 1) people fill a single form with different prices for various products, 2) people pay with PayPal for the amount that is calculated automatically by the website. With CFF I managed to create a form, but there is a problem with currency. A customer will fill the form with my local currency, so the total amount will be shown in the local currency. I want that she pays in USD. I can create a calculated field with a fixed currency rate, but this doesn’t seem a good way. Is there any way to reflect up-to-date currency rates from Google to CFF?

Another question is, after a customer pay for the products, I will measure the products’ weight and calculate shipping costs. Then the customer will return to the website, check the shipping cost and pay for it. I don’t know how to set up this system because shipping costs vary customers to customers. Is there any plugin that can be used for this purpose?
