I thought the problem was with the template but I disabled all the plugins and templates and found the plugin not compatible with Woocommrce.
I tested on the other 2 sites and your plugin is not compatible with Woocommrce plugin and the site is out of reach ..
Please follow up as soon as possible

Anyway, as you can imagine, we test our plugin with latest version of WooCommerce and we didn’t experience the same problem
My suggestion here is to check the same configuration on another server, or contact your hosting provider and ask them if they see a spike is resource usage and what is causing it
I also suggest to double check that your hosting machine supports WooCommerce’s minimum requirements
