Setting post page breaks elementor

    I’m using oceonwp. I created a new page to contain my posts, called “Blog”. I can edit this with elementor Ok. But, when I go to Settings->Reading->Post Page and set “Blog” as the posts page and save settings, when I return to the page and try to edit the page in elementor I get an error message saying that elementor cannot load. If I go back and unselect “blog” as the Posts page then everything works fine again. Why is this?

    Hi,

    The blog page cannot be directly customized with the basic version of Elementor,
    the option to edit archive templates is available only in our Pro version.

    Thanks for this. I will try editing the page with Elementor first and then setting it as the posts page.
