Hey @vinniem!
Thanks so much for getting in touch about your product sync! I’ll be happy to take a look at this for you.
Could you let me know what version of the plugin you are currently using? In a recent release, we added the option to sync either the short description or the standard product description. You can find this by navigating to WooCommerce > Settings > Integration and selecting the Facebook for WooCommerce breadcrumb link. There is an option here for “Product description sync“: https://cloud.skyver.ge/mXuqNboJ
Could you let me know what you currently have this set to as well please?
Cheers!
Simon.
Hello Simon,
thanks for your reply. I’ve this set to “standard description”.
I’m using version: 1.10.2
thanks 🙂
Kind regards,
vin
Thanks Vin, that’s great!
What I would suggest here, if at all possible, is to use the short description for the product sync. This would then leave the standard description intact with the shortcodes, and you could customize the short description to be plain text only!
Do you think this might be something you could try one on product and re-sync it to test?
Cheers!
Simon.
Hello,
That works. Thanks =)
Could i also ask you different questions here?
I would like to move tabs under product short description.
And
Then i would like the get that information-description “stuck” like this page:

Thanks!

Hey Vin,
Thanks so much for letting me know! That’s great to hear that was a solution for you.
For your latest question, do you mean on the Facebook page itself? I’m afraid our plugin isn’t able to customize the display of information on the shop pages, as this is controlled by Facebook. If you meant on your WooCommerce store pages, then I would recommend reaching out to a theme designer or developer experienced with WooCommerce to assist further.
If you like I could offer some recommendations here if this is something you’d like to pursue!
Could you let me know if I understood your questions correctly, and if you’d like some developer recommendations?
Cheers!
Simon.
