the plugin not vonverting images

Hi,

only case when image is not converted is when original image is smaller than converted one (filesize).

Otherwise you should check debug.log for errors, maybe there is some problem on your hosting.

Anyway… can you provide your web URL? With newly uploaded images after plugin was activated?

Because that image doesn’t exists – original JPG is also 404: http://our-sex-life.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/03/933-750%C3%97430.jpg
As it was proved, this plugin works well, so if you have any other problems, you should hire developer, because any other issue is not related with this plugin obviously.
