    1st: visit yoursiteaddresshere/xmlrpc.php
    if you can see XML-RPC server accepts POST requests only.

    then XML-RPC is accessible and its likely a problem with mobile app or mobile network operator.

    If you see anything else, then tell us what you see here.
    Checklist, if you see 403 Forbidden error:
    * Security Plugins
    * WordPress “tuner” plugins
    * Custom filters, theme functions.php
    * .htaccess custom rules
    * Your webhosting filters

    Hello Yui,

    Thank you for your return
    I tried to access to the xmlrpc.php on my server but it tells me that there is a 403 error

    I had a custom login link but even if put back the original link the xmlrpc is still not available

    Have you got idea of what it could be?
