    Hello,

Hubspot gutenberg block is showing an endless loading spinner and throwing console error with this message:

[hub-http] EarlyRequester token refresh attempt failed with status 401: Unauthorized
Skipping redirect because ignoreRedirect options is set

    Screenshot: https://imgur.com/a/l1RqM57

This occurs even after updating to latest plugin version. The Hubspot plugin dashboard says Hubspot is still connected to the site.

It also threw a critical error on the website once:

Current plugin: HubSpot All-In-One Marketing - Forms, Popups, Live Chat (version 7.27.46)
        PHP version 7.3.15-3+ubuntu16.04.1+deb.sury.org+1

    Hello @tristanmason,

As I can see the two issues are separated:

Regarding the critical issue on the website. Could you please confirm if you have seen it again after you updated the plugin version? We have not been able to reproduce it and we checked the function mentioned in the stack trace is indeed in the code submitted to WordPress. If the issue has not happened again we are confident it should have been a temporary issue (maybe cache related)

The issue regarding the Unauthorised access to the Gutenberg block is normally caused we you are logged out of Hubspot. You might also be connected with an account that does not have permissions (in case you have more than one portal)

If you navigate to one of the sections in the hubspot plugin (i.e. Getting Started) it should redirect you to the login page.

You can also navigate to https://app.hubspot.com/ and check that you are logged in.

I hope this could solve your problem.

Please, let us know if the problem persists.

    Stay safe.
    kind regards,
    Alvaro

@alortega Thank you! Yes, the critical error only occurred once and not again. Unless I see it again, I will assume it was a one-time problem and is now fixed.

Re the 401/unauthorized error, just to confirm, it sounds like you are saying there are 2 ways I need to be logged in:
    1) the Hubspot plugin which connects the website/web server to Hubspot
    2) being logged in to Hubspot in my computer’s browser

Which one of these things is required to use the Gutenberg block? Or are both?

    Good night @tristanmason.

It is actually two ways to achieve the same goal. No need to do both. If you navigate to getting started page you should see the login page is loaded instead of the getting started. You can just reconnect in there.

    Does it solve the problem?

    Kind regards,
    Alvaro
