We had to open our intranet running on WordPress to public in order to support work from home. Currently, we use auth0 to allow our users to login to WordPress backend with their Windows Active Directory credentials. Is there a way to use auth0 to protect public from viewing our website?

Apologies for the delay here. You can use all of the core auth-checking functions in WordPress just as you would without the Auth0 plugin. You can do that at the site level:
