error 500 caused by this extension

Hi,

i activated define(‘WP_DEBUG’, true) and add define(‘WP_DEBUG_LOG’, true); on wp-config.php

this is the error :
[23-Mar-2020 10:11:45 UTC] PHP Notice: Undefined index: utm_term in /xxxx/wp-content/plugins/insert-php-code-snippet/shortcode-handler.php(65) : eval()’d code on line 2

i disable insert-php-code-snippet but i have always the error…

Each time i go in wp-admin or i want to edit e page, there is this error…

I use elementor and the free theme illdy.

Any idea ?
