Hero Slideshow bug

I’ve set my front page hero header to ‘Slideshow’. When the page first loads, the first picture in the slideshow doesn’t display completely for the bottom 1/5 of the image. Once the image changes to the second slideshow images, it appears.

Is this a bug? I’ve tried different images, different bottom separators etc.

If you keep refreshing my site on the homepage you should be able to re-produce it. Happens most of the time.
