Hi @sergecleantalk, we never had auto updates on. @shagimuratov thanks, will wait for an update.
Hello @andrejmiklosik,
Thank you for the details. I’ve added this information to the task.
Hello,
Please, answer these questions:
1) Could you please attach a php error log from this website?
2) Do you have any other plugins that may provide some auto-update functions?
3) Do you use WPMS (WordPress Multi-Site) or standalone installation?
Best regards.
Hi everyone, I’m having this same problem.
It deactivates on pretty much all sites running it over time, and I’m only made aware of this when my client starts complaining about spam again.
This is happening both on sites running VERY lean amounts of plugins, like only 6, as well as more complex sites with many plugins.
I created another issue for this myself maybe about 6 months ago. It’s been happening the whole time I’ve been using the CleanTalk service.
