Cannot receive emails from wordpress at exchange server

I cannot receive emails from the website I service for Avanti Dance Company. It was fine when I was using the staff@avantidancecompany.com, but since we changed that email nothing seems to work. I do not get notifications for comments, changes, etc. I tried to change the email on the user originally assigned staff@avantidancecompany.com and it says it won’t change until the email is confirmed, however, no email is ever received.

This problem is also consistent in wpforms plugin. I can send form results to a gmail address but not to an avantidancecompany.com address. Why is this happening and how do I fix it… its so frustrating.
