    The plugin and/or it’s extensions utilize duplicate HTML element IDs;

    The IDs being used TWICE on the same form are;
    – atpp-change-plan-form
    – change_listing_id

    HTML IDs must be unique – the bugs prevent the form(s) being submitted.
