Post Editing

Hi,

I just upgraded to 2.8.5 which is a little different than the older one I was runing. When I select ‘new post’ the frame for writing in comes up but there is no sign of editing tools along the top and there is no sign of where to enter the category or tags. There isn’t even a submit button to upload my post.

Is there something I’m not doing right (which is the likely case) or has something dramatic changed?
