Exporting articles to docx – damaged zip

Hello,

i have installed the plugin a while ago, at first it was working fine i select the articles that i want download the zip file and my articles are there in docx format, but lately when i download the zip file and try to extract it i found that it’s damaged, i thought at first that i have reached the limit at aspose.cloud API, but even after i upgrade my plan to payed i still the probleme still occure, how can i solve this issue please ?
