Issue in importing data through excel sheet

    i’m trying to import excel file into wpdatatables on my live site. but when i’m importing it then i’m getting error.

    “Error
    There was an error while trying to generate the table! Internal Server Error
    There has been a critical error on your website.

    Learn more about debugging in WordPress.”

    but when i’m importing same sheet on localhost then it is successfully imported then why i’m getting error on uploading it on front end?????

    please reply on priority.

    Hi there.

    Sorry for the late response.

    If you’re importing the file (using the third option to create a table), then you have the full version of the plugin, and you’ll need to open a ticket on our official support platform so we can help.

    If you’re linking to the file, and it’s not working, it may be that the file upload limit, file max size or timeout limit are exceeded in your php.ini file on your server. Another option would be, of course, that there are some limitations blocking the creation of the table on live site. Perhaps some security plugin or server settings are blocking the table creation.
