Yes, absolutely. At first, the payment status will be On-Hold and then you can manually verify the payment and update the status to Processing.

If you want to collect UPI Transaction ID from the customers, then you can check all fields. But sometimes it seems difficult for customer to identify the 12 digit UPI Transaction ID. So, You can make it not required, so that if they can get Transaction ID, they will enter, otherwise not.
