It depends on what you are doing with the sites, what you needs are, and where you see them going in the future.
One approach is to install WordPress MU (multi user). If you intend to add a lot of other sites this is worth considering.
Another is a plugin called wp-hive which is much simpler than WP MU to set up. http://wp-hive.com/ You’ll have to check whether its features and your needs are conmpatible.
Curiosity, What are the main differences between WP-Hive and WPMU?
Hi
WP Hive is good when all admins are allowed full privileges on all the sites in the hive. That means its good for when one person is running 3 to say 10 or 12 sites. It’s simpler and easier to administer than WPMU.
WPMU allows a nealy unlimited number of blogs/sites per installation. There’s more management involved.
If you want someone to be able to admin one site and have no access to admin any other site, WPMU does that. Someone with admin access to one site in WP Hive has access to all the sites in the hive.
On all of our sites, we have blogs, audio podcasts, and video podcasts. We post content to each of them almost once a week. I’ll look into WP Hive. Thank you
